OraLase/BabyLase Course Outline - Day 1

Explaining the history and evolution of OraLase as well as the difference between other techniques and technologies

Reviewing the basics of the science of optogenetics and the relevance of limbic system influences as well as the pre and post treatment recommendations

Layers of tissue and levels of understanding: Instruction on tissue response with the 1064 nm wavelength and delivery systems and discussion on similarities and differences with photobiomodulation

Discussing the detailed treatment protocols and individualized options that are critical to understand for OraLase providers

Hands on instruction on the techniques utilized to assess the patient to determine dosing and treatment sequencing for the OraLase procedure.

Each course participant will be evaluated and treated by the instructor to allow them to experience OraLase as they return to their offices to treat others.

An overview of the shared languages that integrate the brain body connection through the primitive reflex system, trigeminal inputs and locus coeruleus

The similarities and differences between OraLase and BabyLase as well as the differences between surgical and non-surgical intervention.

Instruction and demonstration of the assessment of craniofacial oral reflexive neurology as both a baseline and progress assessment. 

This presentation includes video demonstrations of the BabyLase technique and explanation of why each step of the process in treating the dyad is critical to the success of the therapy.

Discussion following Part 1 of the hands on and experiential treatment sessions as well as continued observation and personalized experiences for course participants.
